Advancing in this career of more than two decades, I define myself as a passionate leader for the development of the people around me, with a sense of teamwork and the spirit to lead people. I am genuinely interested in enhancing their growth as future leaders of organizations. I am pleased to be an agent of change and to promote transformations to increase the customer experience throughout the commercial organizational ecosystem (value partners, consumers, internal customers, and suppliers), I have led multifunctional projects in the commercial end-to-end, with disruption positive, change management and above all adding value to the commercial business in the mass consumption segment.
Beverage CPGs have been my main source of experience, CSD, Beer, Water, and Juices, evolving in the recent stage towards marketplaces. I have had the honor of working and learning in all areas of the Commercial end-to-end (Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Logistics, Transformation, and Technology), I have also created, implemented, and operated the Customer Interaction Center in Colombia and in 4 countries of Latin America.
Later in Mexico, I developed, implemented, and operated the concept of the Engagement Center, Customer Experience Center as well as the Commercial Command Center, which serves as the brain of core operations insights, operating with 500 people, and serving clients from 7 countries. After that, I have led the most important digital transformation project of the company for Mexico in the B2B area, working with an interdisciplinary group of more than 20 people to make a change in the commercial ways of working.
I love technology and transformation and in recent years of my career, I have led teams that enable commercial and logistics transformation from technology, building processes, and projects that add value to sales force management and delivery.
Now I continue to reinvent myself and share some of my learnings in different aspects of life, focusing on my passion for developing the next generation of global organizational leaders and creating experiences that transform lives. And I’m not just talking about theories or suggesting how others should do it. I’ve done it myself in the real world, and that’s what I want to generate conversation about.
